Answer 1why what do u want to sneak on?
Answer 2Yes, but make sure your personal items aren't too big. I had to give up a tube of toothpaste in Phoenix last month. The regulations should be on your airline's website or the TSA website. Actually, it is just as easy to buy small sizes at your destination.
Answer 3When my husband and I travel, we always do it without checking luggage. We each have a hiking backpack with a frame, which we pack military style (ie very precise, not a single inch wasted). I always take a little clear pouch inside mine, that contains our toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, etc. I have never had a problem doing it this way. We never have to wait to find our luggage either! In the event that they do take some of your toiletries (which has never happened to me yet) you can just stop at walgreens, wal-mart, etc. and buy travel sized items to replace them.
Answer 4I believe you are allowed (1) One quart-size zip-lock clear plastic bag, and any container cannot contain more than 3 oz. of anything. Airlines usually allow 1 carry on, but you can get around that by carrying a large pocket book(handbag) or a briefcase along with the carry on.
Answer 5Airlines typically allow only one carry-on bag plus something small like a laptop case or a purse. You may run into difficulty if you have two carry-on bags. If it's a full flight, you may be required to check one of the bags at the gate. The only way to avoid it is to pack very light so that you can carry on only one bag. That's admittedly tough to do if you're going for more than one or two nights. If it's a long trip, just resign yourself to checking a bag. It's not that bad. If you're on a domestic flight, you can check it at the curb with a porter and avoid the long lines at the airline counter.
Answer 6Travel light
Answer 7Pack light. For toiletries, you are entitled to carry on a one-quart clear plastic bag of liquids and gels, each of which must be in a container of not more than three ounces. You should get a stick deodorant instead of a gel, so it can you in your bag and not in your one-quart bag. Use small or travel-size versions of everything else, and if you can't find a travel-size version of the product you want, leave it at home and buy it at your destination. Alternatively, you can ship luggage ahead. My wife and I did this for our last vacation with the kids -- we sent two suitcases and a big bag of toiletries ahead by UPS, and picked them up at the UPS Store near where we were staying. We sent them home the same way. I cannot begin to tell you how much hassle it saved us getting to and from the airports with the kids.
Answer 8If you are visiting family or friends kindly ask them to purchase a small deodorant and toothpaste for you before you arrive. You can also buy these products at the airport or at a grocery store at your destination. I have toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving gel, and razors at my parent's and girl friend's house so when I visit I don't need to bring them.
