In the UK we have a product called ecoballs which washes clothes (by ionising the water i think). But nothing to condition as far as i know. There are various schemes for certifiying environmental products related to the type of product eg the soil association for organic food, the FSC symbol for wood, but I don't know anything for a product like this. Look at Ethical Consumer magazine which rates products on all ethical grounds (environment, slave labour etc) and if they approve will promote it. There are many mail order catalogues selling eco stuff which could be a good first contact to see if they would be a potential buyer and they may be able to give you advice on certification. One is called 'natural collection', but there are loads more. Also try contacting Friends of the Earth. They may have advice too.
