Best Answer To Family Question
It depends if the teenager's term "abusive" is not getting the ipod, or ps3 or cleaning the room, throwing out the trash, etc etc. then NO you may not leave the home to live with another. But if it is a life and death situation...physical abuse then call 911. The community has lots of DV programs that can help. Child services can place the victim in the care of a qualified caregiver along with some professional therapy. No one should have to put up with domestic abuse men, woman, nor child of any race.
