Family : What Time Does School Holiday Change Over Occur With Other Parent
I have a court order that says the father has the children for half of the school holidays. I have had problems as I think contact should be from either Saturday morning or Monday morning as this is the first day they don't go to school. My X is saying it is it friday after school finishes.

Been there!!! Whew!! Talk to the lawyer who set it all up! Usually your ex would be right. Are you two talking it all out nicely? My ex and I switch off every other year now. Works out better when You get used to it. Or we do 1/2 and 1/2 when he or I are working or something comes up. So many ways to have your kids share both lives with you 2 that is all that counts.
