Answer 2the eggs are just pressure cooked, which congeals the protein faster, and thus a bit stickier, than usual. they're real eggs, they just don't prepare the the conventional way. that being said, they are still rubbery.
Answer 3Are you talking about their 'muffin' or 'biscuit' sandwiches? If the muffin, they use real eggs (ones that you crack and then fry). If the biscuit, then they use a premix egg mixture. No specialty to it. They may be rubbery if they sit for a while before you get them.

You make the eggs (called round eggs) by spraying the grill with some liquid margarine, then cracking the eggs into the round molds.
