I think you can have our Mexican problem. That, is essentially what our rich businessmen have done. The whole thing of course is that they don't feel a need to share their profits with their workers. So they don't want to pay their workers a wage anyone would want unless the alternative is dire poverty. To a hungry man a bone is a bowl of soup. And they would like it if we all were hungry enough for a bone.
