Answer 2You can't learn enough about a horse in an hour or even in a day, to know if they're right for you, no matter how many questions you ask. If you immediately feel a connection with the animal, you feel they're being honest about her, they agree to a vet check, she has the gaits that you want, she obeys your cues you feel like you're in control of her while riding......ask for a 30 day money back return guarantee. I offer this on every horse that I sell. I've never had 1 come back. If they won't let you have her for @ least a 1 week trial period.....something is wrong. When you go to see her the 1st time, try to do everything with her you're going to be doing everyday with her. Catch, lead, tie, bathe, groom, pick up all 4 hooves, electric shear her bridle path. The last time I bought a horse, I asked the owner to shoot a gun off right by him. When he didn't flinch, I bought him. He only gave me a 1 week trial period, but that was long enough. He's one I'll never sell.
