The company must pay the employee the equivalent salary amount of the person if they were to hire a local plus a few more for isolation/living expenses. 2. The company has to apply for a work permit through the governement and justify why an overseas employee is required to do this job. 3. Sometimes a company gives the employee a car, a flat and living allowances on top of the salary given to him'her already. These are for professionals though. You can always work "under the table" at Starbucks or at a bar.
