Other Destinations : Which Companies Should I Look At To Do Volunteer Work Abroad
I am interested in doing some volunteer work in a developing country for a month or so next summer and am starting to think about it now. It will be the first time I am doing this and will be a single (21yr old) female travelling. Does anyone know of any reputable companies to use which aren't too expensive. I'm hoping to either teach English or creative studies such as dance or drama. Thanks in advance. ~~~ Singer ~~~
Best Answer To Other Destinations Question
Try VSO or Operation Raleigh. They're very well known and reputable and do a lot of good work. We used to fund raise for them when I was at school, and I know a number of people who volunteered during their gap year. .uk/ .uk/ Good luck!
