I was going to buy the Neutrogena one, but found out one of the ingredients has palm oil, I am allergic to coconut. Any other good ones out there, you can reccomend. Answer 4I would recommend Mary Kay's Microdermabrasion Set. It does not contain palm oil. I have used it since it came out in 2005 and I love it. I recommended it to my best friend who had a terrible case of keratosis pliaris on her face. The good thing about the microdermabrasion set from Mary Kay is that it is a two step process. Clinical microdermabrasion generally only has one step--the refining process.
