Answer 1My mobile phone has a camera in it, does Yours? I once have a similar experience so I sent a "photo" back to my web site. You could always report the restaurant for health violations.

Answer 3i think someone should say something, write to the local news paper!!!! something, they can't get away with that it's disgusting. like the other person said take pics, keep the evidence. i would also say sue them but who wants to spend the $$ on a lawyer. so if you write to the paper or something like that maybe someone will come forward to represent you!
Answer 4I suggest you talk to the Public Relations Manager and if he doesn't understand tell him/her that you are going to the media........that should work coz i believe they have a reputation to protect
Answer 5First you should make sure it is, as you believe, beef bone. It could actually be rat bone or plastic, you know. Did you keep it? If so, have it analyzed. It was big in the news that burgers from all fast food places regularly have traces of fecal matter in them. Yet people continue to eat fast food. That manager you dealt with probably wouldn't eat the burgers there, he must have seen worse than a piece of bone. Besides, the particular restaurant doesn't get bones to work with. They get the meat from a supplier, all patty-ed and ready to cook. If it's franchise, they don't even get to choose the supplier.
Answer 6If it is a fast food restaurant it's likely a franchise so if the local establishment prefers not to deal with this then take it to the head office. These companies have large PR departments and people on staff to deal with exactly what you are talking about. Before you contact them however make sure you have all your evidence in order or you will be dismissed as another nut case.
