Other Us Local Businesses : How Can I Get My District Manager Fired
I have worked for aldi foods for a little over 6 months, in witch time we have had two district managers. One even more rude then the last. Our new district manager has gided us threw a remodle and everything we did we practicly had to redo cause she just has no idea what she is doing. She has messed up our inventory twice in the same month causing us to have to redo that as well. She will pull us in on our day off at 7 am to have a meating and doesnt even discuss it with our store manager. She is rude, sarcastic, and racist. I truly beleive she purposly goes out of her way to make everyones job that much more difficult and i have never seen her say thankyou even after we worked a 14 hour day. I also beleive she is tring to get my store manager fired by messing up the inventory. She speeks over people and once in an overwhelmed state i broke down crying and she laughted in my face. Everyone i know in our district even from other stores dispise her. ~~~ Sarah k ~~~

I understand you . but what u do is, Is there somone that is a higher power than the manager if there is then tell them what u just said in this question that she messes things up and is really not snitching its standing up for your self and keep on complaining until she gets fired the more complaints the better cause she will get fired more if want if she is mean to the other staff tell them to stick up for themselves to and complain to the person that the highest power there.
