hello . I think paypal will do it for free if your careful enough. because you deposit it in pounds what ever that is. the with draw the dollars. don't transfer the money. such as making a payment. just deposit and withdraw it. I hope your wanting to do this for your self. there are a lot of scams out there. if this is for a "freind" don't do it. let them do it there self. you will get your self in trouble if you fall for a scam. you don't need to be transfering money any way. just get cash. put it in your pocket keep your mouth shut and no one will know you have it. then just walk into a bank. and ask them to trade pounds for dollars. I would refuse to pay commisions for that. its like going to a bank and asking for change for a $ bill you just trade it. you don't pay to trade. if you were going to do that . you would sell the pounds on ebay. then it would end up costing you about 3%. but that would be expensive. or lets say your going to travel over from some place to usa you could wait until gold goes down a little in price. then bring the gold over and sell it here. and if your careful you could make a profit. hhhm thats an idea., notice people in USA collect usa coins. and people other places collect there own and maybe sell the usa coins cheaper because they rather have another.? don't let some one scam you out of your money!!! don't trade over the internet from some pop up add. and make a deal with some person you don't know. becareful.
