250W=. You multiply that with the number of hours you want to use that light to get the total energy in kWh. Then you multiply that result by the cost in $/kWh. Example: 8h per day and 9cents/kWh: *8h = 2kWh total energy use per day. 2kWh*$/kWh=$ or 18 cents per day.
