Pregnancy. How Early In Your Pregnancy Did You Start Experiencing Symptoms.

My husband and I are ttc. Although I am very hopeful I am not all that optimistic that we did concieve this month - simply because I don't feel any different! It is still too early to test (6 days before period is due). Should I feel any symptoms yet? ~~~ family_matters ~~~

Best Answer To Pregnancy Question

Not necessarily, some women are more sensitive than others and they have symptoms right away but me, I didn't, I didn't think I was pregnant wither so I didn't really bother taking a test, and to my surprise my period didnt come so I took a test and it was positive, right after I knew I was pregnant I started to pee a lot and that's pretty much all the symptoms I had until I was 19w pregnant, then I srated to get morning sickness. Everybody is different, test if your period doesnt come and keep up the spirit, dont give up!

Answer 1

My breasts were unusually sore. VERY sore. I'm 32 and NEVER expected to get pregnant, it didn't even really cross my mind when I missed my period. The sore breasts sent me running to the store for a pregnancy test. I took it in the store bathroom and it positive instantly.

Answer 2

I'm in the same boat - dont you HATE the waiting!!? well, Ive found tests that says up to 5 days before your missed period, but no sooner. Walmart has packs of 3, that's what i get. That way if you just cant wait any longer, just go ahead and do one, then again in 2 more days.....then the day after you miss your period. I have 2 children and with their pregnancies i didn't experience any symptoms till AT LEAST 6 or 7 weeks. the best of luck to you!!

Answer 3

I was 6 weeks before I had any symptoms.

Answer 4

I did not feel any symptoms until after my period was late by a week. I was very tired..like I couldn't get enough sleep. My breasts were sore, and then about 2 weeks later, I had to pee all the time. I think it may be too soon to feel any symptoms. I would wait a few more days before taking a test.

Answer 5

some do NOT have any like myself. I took a test two weeks after my period and mine showed up! You can take a test to see! BEST WISHES

Answer 6

My symptoms started before I took the test. My breasts were very sore and I felt moody. However, I thought it was just PMS. The day after I missed my period I took the urine screen. It was positive but I didn't start having heavy symptoms until I was about 6 weeks along. I had morning sickness with all of my girl pregnancies. I didn't experience any with my son. Good luck!

Answer 7

Probably not. I felt symptoms 1 week after my period was supposed to come, so I guess it's 5 weeks. 6 weeks is the standard answer. Best of luck :)

Answer 8

you dont usually start havng any symptoms till about the second month of pregnancy such as morning sickness.. some women dont get any of the negative symptoms at all lucky them LOL anyways dont despair yet!! best of luck

Answer 10

This is my third pregnancy and knew I was pregnant at 4 weeks without taking a test, went to the doctor and confirmed it, at 4 weeks I felt the ligaments in my stomach starting to stretch and it hurt a few times to move a certain way and I just automatically knew.... It's different for everyone, with my second one I really didn't get to much symptoms with my first one I didn't know until i was 3 months.....
