yrs, on average that is confirmed if you have a huge database and examine each county's public records. I am going to guess, instead, the is a deduced number from the researcher doing a random check of specific sized counties. I doubt anyone has ever reviewed each county's RE records.

Answer 3Hiya, I'm a real-estate agent in Singapore here to get some good Karma... Actually, your info is pretty accurate. In US, 7 years is used for banks on their mortgage return calculation. In other words, they expect to get back their pinciple plus interest every 7 years as people move. However, we often use 15 years for calculations and promotional purposes. Here in Singapore, people move about every 15-20 years pending on conditions. Cheers, VinX
