Best Answer To Snooker Pool Question
If this is a cheaper table and has a plywood playing surface or something else besides slate, it is very possible that the surface has warped or buckled. No matter what you do you will not be able to level it. You could try calling a billiard table installer in your area and ask for their help or advice. Have the name of the manufacturer and model if you know it handy. Again, if it is a problem with the playing surface, it is probably not worth it to try and replace it or fix it. You would do better finding another table.

Answer 3put it outside by the curb, let the garbage man take it away, and buy a slate table not a wooden one.

Answer 5First you need a level at least two feet. Some door shims, a drill or hand tools will work. A phillips and a flat head screw driver, a 9/16 or 1/2 deep socket with wrench and a hammer or rubber mallet(better) and a staple gun. Remove the rails and pockets(be careful, better with two people). You have to remove the felt, you need super 77 spray adhesive to reattach it. Remove the staples that might be holding the felt down, especially in the pockets. When the slate is exposed it should be in three pieces. This style will appear go out of level giving a warped appearance. Loosen the screws holding down the slate, the screws might be covered by wax or plaster. Then from the side between the slate and the cabinet drive the flat head screwdriver under the slate. Be careful some slate has a wood backing. Feel the seams between the pieces of slate put a shim under the slate until the seam is even. repeat on both sides and under the table in the center of the slate. Be sure to tighten the screws back down and refill the screw holes with paraffin wax( easier to remove if the problem happens again). When reattaching the felt, do the ends first and then the sides. Glue down one end, get someone to apply pressure, glue the other end and stretch the felt a good bit but not too much. Follow the same procedure with the sides. When reattaching the rails be sure they are inline. Hope this helps
