Yahoo Groups : What Is The Best Way To Contact Yahoo And Actually Get A Human Response Rather Than Automated Messages
I have been trying to contact them about a yahoo group problem. The owner of the group lost access to his yahoo ID over a year ago. In the group it shows that his ID has been bouncing for over a year. There were no other owners/mods in the group to rectify the problem. The owner has given me permission to "take up the cause" as yahoo didn't bother to help him when he first lost access. Given that there isn't any owner of the group anymore, there is no one running it, I think the privacy policy doesn't stand. Every time I try to contact yahoo through their normal contact form channels they send me an automated message. I reply, challenging what they say in the message, they send me the same automated message. I'm getting peeved. I live in NZ and I am considering wasting my money calling the US to try and get a result but I have a feeling that won't help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. ~~~ Ahiru ~~~

I would say the best way to contact Yahoo other than send a email is to telephone them at BT Yahoo UK. I cannot get a response from Yahoo when I send email and I live in the UK.
